Wool and wool-mix, rooms and stairs. Soft underfoot, with rods and edges finished, not rushed.

Engineered oak and laminate where a timber look is the point. Laid straight, or in pattern.

Contract
Vinyl and carpet tiles for offices, rentals and shared spaces. Built for traffic, still considered.

Subfloor
Plywood, latex and primer. The part nobody photographs, and the reason a floor stays flat.

Visit
A free consultation at the property. We measure, look at the subfloor, and talk through the floor you actually want to live with.
Prepare
Plywood where it needs it, latex where it doesn’t sit flat, primer so the new floor bonds. Then the product, cut and set out.
Fit
Laid, finished, and left clean. Homes and commercial spaces across London and Surrey, covered to £10 million public liability.
